Meetha (referred to as "Service," “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to protecting your personal information when you use our and mobile app, which we call the “Services.” This Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use your data, as well as your rights to access, change, or limit our use of your personal information. We aim to keep this explanation clear and simple, avoiding complicated legal terms.
When you use our Services, we may collect data from you as described below. When you register and use your account with us we will collect data from you in order to provide the Services. The types of data we collect depends on how you use our Services.

When you use our Services, for example, visit and use our Site or App, install the App on your device, or register for an account with Meetha, some personally identifiable information about you is collected in order for us to be able to provide you with the Services. When you install the Service on your device and register with Meetha, personally identifiable information about you may be collected during the download process for the Service (as requested from you during the download process) when you register with us. For registration through Meetha, you are required to provide your mobile phone number or your email address, city location, gender, name, depending on the device(s) you are using on the Service. You may also provide personally identifiable information, but that is optional. When you log in using your Facebook account, we may collect additional information you make available to us (see “Your User Profile”) below.
Meetha may also collect and gather non-personally identifiable information, such as certain profile information including country of residence and preferences. In addition, Meetha may collect and store information about your and others’ usage of and interaction with the Service and our websites, including matches, numbers of matches made by members, match durations, text messages, usage by geographies, device and connection information, IP address, device capability, bandwidth, statistics on page views, network type and traffic to and from our websites.
Meetha allows you to share text messages, photos, screenshots, videos and other communications in the Meetha application with other users, and if you choose to do so your text messages, photos, screenshots, videos and other communications will be stored on our servers. In addition, if you choose to share these items with other Meetha users, we may not be able to remove them from our servers or make them unavailable to anyone you have shared them with. Sending and sharing text messages, photos, screenshots, videos or other communications in the Meetha application is your decision. By choosing to share that information, you should understand that you may no longer be able to control how that information is used and that it may become publicly available (depending in part on your actions or the actions of others with Meetha you have shared the information). Meetha is not responsible for any use or misuse of information you share.
Meetha may also collect and gather user contents (e.g., photos, screenshots, comments, and other materials) that you create on the Service. Your photo can be taken by other users on the Meetha, and If they use capturing function provided by the Meetha, those photos can be stored and used for Meetha and 3rd party’s service(eg, Facebook, etc.). You can change sharing option of 3rd party on the Meetha settings. If you do not agree with all the terms of this Privacy Policy, do not use the Service.
We will not rent or sell your information to third parties (or the group of companies of which Meetha is a part) without your consent, except as noted in this Policy.
We may share your information:
● We may share User Content and your information (including but not limited to, information from cookies, log files, device identifiers, location data, and usage data) with businesses that are legally part of the same group of companies that Meetha is part of, or that become part of that group ("Affiliates"). Affiliates may use this information to help provide, understand, and improve the Service (including by providing analytics) and Affiliates' own services (including by providing you with better and more relevant experiences). But these Affiliates will honor the choices you make about Meetha can see your contents.
● We also may share your information as well as information from tools like cookies, log files, and device identifiers and location data, with third-party organizations that help us provide the Service to you ("Service Providers"). Our Service Providers will be given access to your information as is reasonably necessary to provide the Service under reasonable confidentiality terms.
● We may also share aggregate or anonymous information with third parties, including advertisers and investors. For example, we may tell our advertisers the number of users our app receives. This information does not contain any personal or personally identifiable information, and is used to develop content and services that we hope you will find of interest.
● We may remove parts of data that can identify you and share anonymized data with other parties. We may also combine your information with other information in a way that it is no longer associated with you and share that aggregated information.
You may choose to share your User Content:
● Any information or content that you voluntarily disclose for posting to the Service, such as User Content, becomes available to the public. With this feature, Milo can be protected from exhibitionism. Once you have shared User Content or made it public, that User Content may be re-shared by others.
● If you remove information and contents(eg. Screenshots, etc.) that you created on the Service, copies may remain viewable in cached and archived pages of the Service, or if other Users or third parties have copied or saved that information.(eg. Facebook, etc.)
You can access and modify in your account profile the information you provided to us that is associated with your account directly within our services.
If you believe your information posted on Meetha is unauthentic or inaccurate and can provide us with reasonable proof regarding this, you can contact us via the contact information provided at the end of this Privacy Policy.
You can request an account deletion in Meetha settings at any time. Alternatively, you can also contact us directly to delete your account and information via the contact information provided at the end of this Privacy Policy. After you submit the request, it may take up to three days for us to verify and process the deletion of your account.
Once your account is closed or deleted, you will no longer have access to your message history, preferences or any other information associated with your use of our services. Even after you remove information from your account or profile, copies of that information may remain viewable elsewhere, to the extent it has been shared with others, it was otherwise distributed pursuant to your privacy settings, or it was copied or stored by other users. Additionally, we will retain your personal data even after you have closed your account if reasonably necessary to comply with our legal obligations (including law enforcement requests), meet regulatory requirements, resolve disputes, maintain security, prevent fraud and abuse, or enforce the Terms of Service. We will retain de-personalized information after your account has been closed.
Since Meetha will be used in multiple jurisdictions and we may not be possible to identify all the inconsistency between certain terms of this Privacy Policy and the applicable law in your jurisdiction, thus you agree to notify us once such inconsistency is identified by you. Under this circumstance we will take necessary methods to eliminate such inconsistency, including deleting these personal information improperly collected or used by us.
You can change the system settings of your device to manage permissions for specific device data access as well as notifications. By doing so, you can stop Meetha from accessing your device data and displaying notifications. However, please keep in mind that this may cause certain services to lose functionality.
We strive to safeguard your personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. While we implement measures to protect your data, like all tech companies, we cannot guarantee that your personal information will always be secure. It’s important to note that no website or internet transmission is entirely secure. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that unauthorized access, hacking, data loss, or other breaches will never happen.
We consistently monitor our systems for potential vulnerabilities and attacks, and we routinely evaluate our data collection, storage, and processing practices to enhance our physical, technical, and organizational security protocols. If we suspect or detect any security breach, we may suspend your access to some or all of our services without prior notice.

Our product features the integration of third-party SDKs or comparable technologies. By using these third-party services on our platform, you agree to their methods of directly collecting and processing your data, which might include techniques like code insertion or widget implementation. These third-party entities operate under their own privacy policies, distinct from our own. We diligently assess these third parties for their adherence to legal and secure standards, striving to ensure compliance. If you identify any potential risks with these SDKs or related applications, we recommend that you stop using them immediately and inform us. Our Services are restricted to users who are 18 years of age or older. We do not permit users under the age of 18 on our platform and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If you suspect that a user is under the age of 18, please use the reporting mechanism available through the service. If we become aware that a child, minor, or anyone under the age of 18 has registered with us and provided us with personal data, we will take steps to terminate that person’s registration and delete their profile information from our Services. If we do delete a Profile because you violated our no children rule, we may retain basic account and profile information to ensure that you do not try to get around our rules by creating a new profile.
We’re always looking for new and innovative ways to help you build meaningful connections, this policy may change over time. We will notify you before any material changes take effect so that you have time to review the changes.
